So, I've been following a ketogenic diet for a short while. Between fiber flour and allulose, a ketogenic diet has been easy to follow because I've had to give up so few things. One thing I would like to have, however, is beer.
Is it possible to ferment beer using fiber flour? Forgive me if that's a stupid question - I've never brewed beer before. Have any homebrewers here tried this? How did it go?

interesting!
And all the alcohol is converted to acetate as fast as the liver can process it. Acetic acid aka vinegar is a 2 carbon fatty acid with health benefits
Yes. Low carb beer advertising is a gimmick
Not necessary to give up beer on a ketogenic diet. Although barley or wheat is used to make it all the carbs are converted to alcohol during fermentation. The residual carb in beer and wine is so small it is negligible. It is certainly unmeasurable on a glycemic index test.
