Can you tell me the rational for the change in Fibersugar formula? I've just used up the last of my old and ordered 5Kg of the new am wondering what effect it may have on my tried and tested recipes? I add 4 tsps of pure Monkfruit powder to 1kg of Fibersugar which IMO improves the taste and makes it 'like for like' in sweetness with sugar.

I reduced the Promitor to 30% and increased erythritol, so it will be sweeter with less gas
