To clarify it was the receipe from the Website receipes with half milk half water and a couple of glugs of olive oil and 10 g of vital wheat gluten
So tried it with UF two thirds and FF one third and added some vital wheat gluten, my other half who is 8 weeks in and a newbie to low carb was in raptures, he would eat pizza every day if he could and 8 weeks without was testing the resolve so I gave in and made his favourite having done LC loads In the past and it’s the sticking with it after the weight loss which is the problem and I think FF has just made it way easier. This is mine, with mozza Brie spinach mushrooms and ham, not a massive pizza fan but it. Was good! Used my trusty pizza stone at 250 in a fan oven, 7 minutes later pizza perfection.
