When I use FiberSugar in baking, I combine it with 5-10g of Black Treacle per 100g of FS. It sounds counter productive as the stuff is 66% sugar, but spread throughout a whole recipe and combined with all the prebiotics, I don't see it as a problem. The taste however, is transformative... It adds the rich caramel depth of flavour you'd get from using brown sugar, without all the unnecessary sucrose
