just made another one with 2 finely sliced onions, 1 red pepper finely chopped and the bottom end of a butternut squash finely grated - equally delish. Next time will put some tomatoes on the top.

The system has lost most of the method I just typed - maybe the photo was too big. Bascially form into balls and place on top of your hot casserole and return to the oven - 180fan for 15 mins. Lid on or off depending on whether you like a soft or crispy top

We only have a tiny Sainsbury's in Falmouth but when I go to Truro next I'll pop in. I have seen it in Aldi too but sadly no Aldi near me either.
