Hi Gerry. I made a batch of the buns as per your recipe today. Tasted amazing but unfortunately, they have come out very heavy in texture, despite the yeast going crazy before the mix :-( The only substitution I made was using almond milk instead of normal milk as I am trying to follow the keto lifestyle. I didn't get the glossy coat either as Natvia mixed with water doesn't go syrupy like sugar. Any idea what I could have done wrong here?
