I’ve been using this recipe for a couple of months now and had to post how amazing it is. Used Oat Milk and Coconut Sugar. All good x Absolutely craving a slice, and bakes so well. Thanks for sharing.

It wasn’t, but now thinking about the Skinny Syrups we’ve got that’ll be next on my list. The addition of the syrup does make the batter a little thinner but is easily fixed by continuing to mix, let the mix settle a minute and see if you need to add a small amount of UFFF to give you the texture/fluffiness you want. Mod’d your fab recipe to 25g UFFF, 1 egg, Baking Powder, and Maple Syrup to make one large portion of scotch pancakes! Yum!

Hello!! Using the tips on here made these beauts with 100g ff and 100g uf because i’m running low! Also running low on mincemeat so mixed in more raisins to stretch it out. Egg wash and a sprinkle of coconut sugar. Love this forum and these recipes! Merry Christmas everyone xx

This is the most amazing dough recipe. We have no major dietary concerns other than me reducing carbs so used this recipe for iced buns. But this is the best dough I’ve ever produced- thank you for sharing. Oh used Oat Milk, worked perfectly fine.
