Hi i find the original flour rises my blood sugars a bit ( diabetic on insulin) , i make rolls with the fine and lots of seeds they are a bit hard tho , any advice ? Also how can i use fine to make bread in an air fryer ? Any air fryer recipes welcome🤔. Carolyn
