my Tower air fryer behaves like a mini oven and I find it brilliant for letting my rolls/loaf rise, and for then baking at a hot temperature; its quite good that its very drying as the fiberflour can often be a faff to get dry in bread.....follow the usual 'soft roll' recipes in this thread

I just use it in exact replacement of 'normal' sugar. I like allulose for syrupy gooey stuff, but its very expensive! I feel the wierd taste issue seems to go after time....you get used to it; other people find it revolting and you become oblivious!

I use this recipe to make my bread nowadays....as rolls, without the cinnamon bit....theyre always perfectly risen and not a bit soggy inside, unlike all my attempts with the standard bread recipes shown on the site.... brilliant.
