Used the ultra-fine fibre flour instead of my usual almond flour today to make my 90sec mug bread and it came out a treat.
Mix 1 heaped tbsp flour with 1/2 tsp baking powder and a good pinch of salt. Separately thoroughly beat 1 egg with 1 tsp olive oil. Mix the dry and wet ingredients in a microwaveable pot or mug and microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool and fill with what you like.
