Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our low carb take on a classic dessert


Baking Powder                     2tsp

FiberFlour                             400g
Eggs                                     4
Butter                                    225g
FiberSugar                            250g
Vanilla extract                       1

Quick-cooking oats                400g
Salt                                             4g
Sugar-Free Chocolate            300g
Chopped walnuts.                    50g

Makes about 80 x 20g cookies


  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  2. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
  3. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheet/paper. No need to flatten as they spread easily while baking.
  5. Bake at 160°C for 12-15 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to fully cool.
Tips: Add milk if you'd like a gooy-er cookie.
