Brownies

Doesn't get any more ketogenic

than this

INGREDIENTS
 

Baking Powder                                1 tsp

FiberFlour                                        100g

Cocoa Powder                                   70g
Eggs                                                    3
Butter                                               115g
FiberSugar (or erythritol)                 150g
Vanilla                                            1/2 
tsp
Salt                                                      4g
Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips           120g

Makes about 18 x 50g cookies

Instructions
 
  1. Add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder to mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Melt butter and whisk in cocoa powder and let cool, beat in eggs & vanilla into melted cocoa butter.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and continue mixing until ingredients come together adding milk or water a tablespoon at a time to achieve your required consistency (more water = less more moisture and softer centres).
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
  5. Scoop onto baking tray lined with paper, flatten out and bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
