Much better this time...
Found it very crumbly to roll out last time, so tried rolling into a log, as suggested in recipe - much easier! No mess, even shapes - recommended 😊

Going to make them in small shapes for nibbles to have with drinks 🍷 🥂
I made some of these and thought they were very tasty. I rolled them thinner.
