High all.... i have been hiding in the shadows and testing several recipes..... of course we in the keto world are looking for the original taste and texture and that can be very frustrating for all. But i have to say the flour here gives us all a chance to keep going .... so thanks for that.
I had a 3 week break from keto as i was getting frustrated with bakes not working out.... loved the clean eating and oats... but my body did not, put on 7lbs.
So after returning to the fold i have just as easy lost the evil 7 ..... smile on my face and glad i get to try new ingredients.
