I'm new to this game, and it seems the sourdough discussions and varying recipes goes on for many pages and is so confusing. So could I ask that someone who has had success at this could give me a simple to follow recipe using fibre flour and spelt as a starter sourdough. I have never ever made sourdough so have no idea, so basic baby steps all encased in a nice easy to see recipe on one page. Forums are marvellous, and some of the best I've seen are on this site, but still the sourdough dilemma goes on for so long and I lost the will to live half way down as I need an a,b,c recipe! From the sounds of it, some of you have had real success with FF and Spelt sourdough, which is what I always used prior to joining the fibreflour family! So any help you can give an idiot like me with no experience of sourdough, is very much appreciated. Waiting with baited breath... Many thanks

Hey Ben, I totally agree with you, it is a very complicated forum and lengthy too, I'm like you I gave up reading it, as although helpful, it didn't actually give me what I wanted - a simple recipe in full in simple steps. I'd love to do sourdough too, but it looks (from the forum at least) so flippin complicated. I find, despite making those white UFFF rolls every few days, I still miss the strong tangy taste of sourdough, so have taken to buying a loaf once a week from a wonderful baker who makes simple sourdough with water, flour & starter dough. On the odd occasion it's worth the extra carbs, as I can vary my carbs to allow that once or twice a week and still keep under 80/90g carbs a day.
Guys if you can help with this, just post a simple and complete recipe, I'd be forever grateful and I'm sure Ben would too!!
