Banana Nut Bread

Start your morning off right


FiberFlour or FF/UF 50/50      200g

Ripe Bananas                         2

Eggs                                       2

Butter                                      140g

Fibersugar or substitute          100g or less

Baking Powder                       10g

Pecans                                   100g

  1. Measure and combine all dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Mash the ripe banana's and beat the eggs while you wait.
  4. Combine all ingredients, mix briefly until all of the flour is moist, feel free to add milk if needed.
  5. Add the mix to a greased or lined baking tin and place into the oven at 170°C for ~1 hour.
  6. Enjoy!
