BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

MADE WITH LONJEVITY FIBERFLOUR

INGREDIENTS

FIBERFLOUR: 300g

EGGS: 2

BUTTER: 120g

SUGAR SUBSTITUTE: 100g

VANILLA: 10g

BAKING POWDER: 10g

MILK: 60g

BLUEBERRIES: 335g

Melt butter and combine with beaten eggs, milk and vanilla. Thoroughly mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Add dry and wet ingredients together. Then, mix quickly until thoroughly mixed. Finally, add in the blueberries and fruit. Divide the final mixture into muffin cases. Bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes.
