I have added a little of very hot water first to the yeast and then just adding splashes. I have not measured unfortunately. I would recommend adding a bit at the time. You will know when to stop when dough is elastic and not to wet.

Definitely a great recepie. I have made 5 mini waffles. only thing I have changed I have added vanilla flavoured stevia drops instead of vanilla essence (about 15 drops) and about 3 tbsp of Stevia&Erythritol. I don't like too much sweetness and they were definitely not too sweet. I have also had it with keto ice cream (recepie from Lowcarbyum.com using double cream) and strawberries.

I have made 9. Some were bigger than the standard size thatyou can find in the shop.

Hi Gerry, thank you for your comment. I am definitely open to learn more about different recepies and experimenting with the flour. I must say I am the beginner although this was the 3rd batch of pitas and definitely developed the best way of making pockets in them. I would appreciate the bread rolls- I will try to make them by myself as well this week once the flour arrives this week. I have been ordering flour from Amazon but I will aim next time directly from the website. Thank you again for the flour. Amazing product!
