Just made my first apple crumble using the fibre flour and fibre sugar - fantastic, crumble nice and crunchy. Ate it with cream, how do other people like theirs?

Custard, of course! Made with egg yolks (fresh or powdered), sugar substitute (like Truvia), vanilla extract and whole milk (or mix of milk and cream for a luxury version)
